Former NIAID Director Anthony Fauci is still pushing face masks and COVID shots, while at the same time admitting the six jabs he’s received have failed to stave off a third COVID infection.

“I got infected about two weeks ago,” the former Biden Covid czar declared in an interview last month. “It was my third Covid-19 infection, and I had been vaccinated and boosted a total of six times.”

“It was a very, very mild infection. I’m 83 years old. I would think that if I were naive immunologically, this thing could have killed me, but it didn’t even make me significantly ill.”

Fauci was slammed on social media as the clip made its rounds.

“And the world listened to this idiot during the pandemic?” remarked Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wisc.), adding, “How many people died because he helped sabotage early treatment and promoted the vaccine as safe and effective?”

Elsewhere in the interview, Fauci went on to claim he frequently wears masks in public, practices social distancing and “keeps up” with his boosters.

“You don’t have to immobilize what you do and cut yourself off from society, but regardless of what the current recommendations are, when you’re in a crowded closed space and you’re an 85-year-old person with chronic lung disease or a 55-year-old person who is morbidly obese with diabetes and hypertension, then you should be wearing a mask,” Fauci told MedPageToday.com.

“And you should be careful to avoid crowded places where you don’t know the status of other people and you should get vaccinated and boosted on a regular basis.”

It remains to be seen exactly how many more COVID jabs and infections this man can possibly get before he realizes something’s amiss.
